Huntr is a software tool, not a licensed real estate brokerage, real estate agent, attorney, or financial advisor. Huntr does not represent buyers or sellers in any real estate transaction. All decisions to submit, negotiate, or withdraw an offer are made solely by the User.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel. • Huntr does not guarantee the accuracy of any comparable sales data, valuation estimate, rehab cost estimate, deal quality assessment, or suggested offer price generated by the Service;
• You are solely responsible for independently verifying all property information and financial calculations, and for exercising your own judgment before approving, sending, or acting on any offer;
• No offer is transmitted to any third party without your explicit review and approval through the Service's approval workflow.

The Service incorporates property, listing, and market data licensed from third-party data providers [NAME PROVIDERS, e.g. Repliers, ATTOM] and integrates with third-party services including electronic signature providers [e.g. DocuSign] and payment processors. Huntr does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party data and disclaims responsibility for errors, omissions, or delays in that data. Your use of integrated third-party services is also governed by those providers' own terms of service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service, including the submission of real estate purchase offers, complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including real estate licensing requirements, disclosure obligations, and any applicable brokerage regulations in your jurisdiction. Huntr makes no representation as to whether your use of the Service satisfies any licensing or regulatory requirement, and you should consult a licensed attorney or real estate professional regarding your specific legal obligations.

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unsolicited, deceptive, or misleading communications, and to comply with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM) in any communications sent through or facilitated by the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, trademarks (including the Huntr name and logo), and content, is owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huntr and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI Content, third-party data inaccuracies, or the outcome of any real estate transaction. Huntr's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Huntr in the [12] months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Huntr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any deal analysis or offer recommendation will result in a successful or profitable transaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huntr and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including in connection with any real estate offer or transaction you initiate through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with [notice period, e.g. 30 days'] notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with Section 4.
